Opening Day at Monarch Heights
This week marks the opening of one of our newest buildings. Recently completed at 415 West 120th Street, NYC, Monarch Heights is a 14-story modern residential tower designed to house students from neighboring Columbia University and Barnard College. The building is constructed with architectural exposed concrete with a graphic linear pattern that references local stone and masonry details of the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The building houses all necessary amenities for student life including outdoor terraces, study spaces and common areas and an in-house fitness center. The building is walking distance from both schools as well as local markets, restaurants, parks and historic sites.
