32BJ SEIU, the largest property services union in the country, representing 175,000 members, retained GKV Architects to design a new dental center for its members adjacent to its headquarters in New York City. The project includes a state-of-the-art dental facility and clinic. The interior space was designed to be simultaneously clean, bright and warm, with a soft palette and indirect lighting, ergonomic chairs, and the latest hi-tech dental equipment. In addition to the clinic, the program also includes a street level entrance and lobby, a dental laboratory, a call center, and an employee lounge and locker room.
