GKV Architects designed the 54,000-square-foot corporate headquarters for Hartree Partners at 1185 Avenue of the Americas in New York City. The workplace was planned to support the firm's fast-paced trading operations while providing a modern, efficient environment for collaboration and daily business activities. The program includes a state-of-the-art trading floor, private and open office areas, conference rooms, and a food service area, creating a workplace that balances performance, functionality, and employee amenities within a cohesive contemporary design.
