The 311 Call Center is designed for the City of New York’s Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications. Established for the Mayor’s initiative to consolidate multiple call center hotlines into a 24-hour centralized service, the 311 Call Center includes call stations, a conferencing suite, 2 training rooms, a computer room, an agency interphase room, quiet rooms, pantries, lunch rooms and a situation room where emergencies can be monitored.
