34 is a place of casual dining located within the Grand Hyatt Istanbul, featuring 5 show kitchens showcasing the preparation of pan-Mediterranean cuisines: the cold mezze kitchen, the pasta kitchen, the bakery, the wood fire kitchen and the pastry kitchen. A challenge of this project was to create 5 unique dining experiences while presenting a cohesive and open design. The eatery is designed to incorporate the historic and exotic elements of Istanbul with the contemporary and luxurious Grand Hyatt.
