This apartment in Sky House, a 55-story residential building, is designed for a client who requested an architectural layout and décor that is tailored to his single lifestyle in New York City. The design uses a contrasting black and white palette and channels the industrial chic aesthetic. The apartment has a very clean and minimal décor and includes many entertainment features, such as a state-of-the-art home media system that fully controls the audio / video components throughout the apartment and a vintage 1978 Playboy pinball machine.
