GKV Architects designed a new workplace for Rose & Rose Law, a New York City real estate law firm, creating a refined environment that balances professionalism with warmth. Located across the 30th and 31st floors of 250 Broadway, the office pairs a restrained palette of soft whites, warm wood tones, and dark accents with expansive views and abundant natural light.

A sculptural wood slat feature wall and open stair connect the two levels, creating a strong architectural focal point while integrating warm, linear lighting throughout the circulation space. Clean-lined millwork, textured tile, and contemporary furnishings define the pantry and social areas, while glass partitions and open circulation promote transparency and connection across the workplace. The resulting environment combines a calm, sophisticated aesthetic with flexible spaces that support both focused work and informal interaction.
