Zuma New York, a highly regarded, celebrity restaurant in Manhattan hired GKV Architects to be the Architect for a full gut renovation and adaptive re-use of a former office and retail space on Madison Avenue in New York City. “Zuma is a 24,000-square-foot Japanese restaurant inspired by traditional Izakaya and Robata cooking methods. Gerner Kronick + Valcarcel designed the high-end two-story dining room, bar, and private rooms with exquisite finishes to match the restaurant’s celebrity status.”
